A note of Rum forms the heart of this creation, which is counterpointed by the freshness of citrus Bergamot, Lemon, and Orange, warmed by Cypriol, Patchouli, Vetiver, and Guaiacwood, the whole sublimated by a soft, sensual base of Vanilla, Cocoa, Cistus, Labdanum, Benzoin, Tolu Balsam, and Tonka Bean. “Out of all the quotes anybody has ever written about me, my favourite was when I was described as the ‘pornographer of perfume’. With this collection I wanted to create a range of fragrances that allow us to expose our true primal urges - which rarely surface during the day. I have always loved overtly sensual perfumes, and so created Parfums De La Nuit as a collection of three scents which allow us to reveal the inner desires lurking within us all.” - Roja Dove.
